To start, you’ll need the following:
1.CTII Account Number
1.CTII API Access Code
2.CTII Account Number

Please generate an account code for Account # {INSERT CTII ACCOUNT NUMBER} to begin using the CTII web service APIs. Requests will come from the following IPs:

-54.191.68.235
-54.191.84.250
-52.33.218.14
-52.43.239.122
-52.39.132.206
1. Navigate to https://mycentral.goctii.com/ and log in with your username and password.

2. Click on ‘Invoice Correction’ located on the top right of the screen.

3. You account number will be located in the field below:
