Gathering API Credentials

To start, you’ll need the following:

1.Roadrunner Website Username
2.Roadrunner Website Password

Roadrunner API Authentication Requirements

-Roadrunner Account Number
-API Key
-Application ID

Step-by Step Instructions – LTL

1. Navigate to https://freight.rrts.com/Pages/Home.aspx and click “Login” in the top corner.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Enter Roadrunner Username and Password. If you do not have access to these credentials, please contact a Roadrunner customer representative.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Select “LTL Rate Quote” from the TOOLS dropdown menu.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. You can find your account number on this page under the Select Account dropdown menu.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. In the menu on the left side of the page select “Track a Shipment”. Here you will find your Application ID and API Key.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Uploading API Credentials

Load your Roadrunner API credentials into the project44 Capacity Provider Accounts screen. For help with the process, see Carrier Credentials Help.

Test – https://test.p-44.com
Production – https://cloud.p-44.com
