To start, you’ll need the following:

1.Forward Air Website Username
2.Forward Air Website Password

Forward Air API Authentication Requirements

-Forward Air Customer ID
-Forward Air Bill to Customer #

Email your account representative at Forward Air and request to be set up with credentials for API access. Once credentials are received, enter them on the project44 vendors page.

Uploading API Credentials

Load your Forward Air API credentials into the project44 Capacity Provider Accounts screen. For help with the process, see Carrier Credentials Help.
